Merry Christmas! I know a day late!

Well I hope everyone had a great Christmas... I know we did... So here our the updates..

12/24 - Mark and I went to the our dr. appt it was a fun appt actually! We got to hear little D's heartbeat which was at 155-160 very good says the nurse and got to hear a little extra! The baby apparently does not like the heart doppler machine and starting kicking it every time the nurse would put the doppler on me.. I think he or she was already being protective or stubborn and feisty! Who knows then we went for the quad screening blood test to test for any disorders. Then we made the next appt the important to find out the gender!! We go on January 20th!! I am so nervous and excited! He or she has been fluttering in my tummy a lot lately so it will be exciting to finally call him or her by their name!

12/25 - Christmas DAY!!! My mom took pics of my tummy I am 16 weeks and I feel great! Sooo here is the pic (By the way yes my parents have an aluminum Christmas tree with a color wheel!) If you ever watch That 70's show my parents are Kitty and Red to the max! Well mom is actually!!

Little D attended graduation!

Friday, December 12th Little D attended robing and graduation! ahhahah I know I know a little funny! It was a fun filled day spent with family and friends! Graduation was long and to be honest the speaker was really bad. IT is bad when graduates are bored and come up with tassle games during a speech! I will post the pics from graduation and robing sometime this week...

Saturday, December 13th I went to my Aunt Shirley's house and got to see lots of family and met new cousins! This family is getting bigger!! I was very tired and felt the flutter again while I was there I think little D loves queso dip!

That was our weekend very busy and very exhausting!

The weekend

Well this past weekend we celebrated my mom's 56th birthday!! We all played the Wii at their house and it was a lot of fun. We created the family mii's Mark made me look short and really prego on the screen. It was a lot fun everyone needs a Wii..

On Dec 6th, mom and I did the Jingle Bell Walk/Run it was a lot of fun and I actually made it 3 miles.. IT wasn't my best time but considering me prego I couldn't run... I was proud of mom bc for 5 years now we select charities and do their run/walk!

On Dec 7th, Becca and I went to a breastfeeding seminar at Harris Southwest where both of us will be delivering. Becca is due January 28th and me in June.. Our kiddos will be 5 months apart! We are very excited about that since we are besties! ahahahaha The seminar was very helpful and overwhelming at the same time. I was very glad that she got me to go.

That is pretty much the weekend oh yea and I watched the scheduling of the bowl games.. TEXAS GOT SCREWED..... There is always next year!

Thanksgiving weekend was great!

Well Thanksgiving lets just say I ate a lot.. The food was great! We had Thanksgiving at our house combining the Baker side and his dad, Gina and Christian. The food was great and everyone out did themselves... Especially, all the sweets pies,cakes! Love them! This is really the only time that I eat any kind of sweets...

After, our house we went over to his mom's and had some more food I mostly ate rice crispy treats thanks to Letty!! They were amazing! Of course we watched Texas beat the Ags 49-9 it was great! I think little Dissinger knows who the Longhorns are for sure!

On Friday at 5 am it was shopping time yes we were the crazy people that got out there and shopped til we dropped! Mom, Ma and I had a great time.. I actually felt butterflies in my tummy all weekend long which mom says that would be the baby!! Little D was moving all over the place...

Saturday and Sunday pretty much stayed in the house. I put up all the Christmas decor while Mark got all the lights hung up outside. They look great!! Hopefully, this week we will put up the Christmas tree!! I can't wait!

Well that was our weekend very relaxing and nothing much going on..... Oh by the way I HATE OU........ Stupid Sooners.... Texas got short changed!!

Heart beats on....

Today I got to hear to the heartbeat of our little one. It was the neatest thing to hear and the heartbeat was going fast about 160 which my doctor said was very good!!

Our next appt is on Christmas Eve sorry folks we won't get to find out the gender until after New Year's.... I know I know I would to find out now however it is not time yet.. Until next blog see ya later!
